因為我覺得這是對我來說可以判斷是烤醬厲害還是店家燒烤技術好的基本單品
這店家我必須說烤醬真的厲害 但是.......
但是 燒烤技術平平 就是烤熟後醬刷上去烤乾??
這樣就味道好?? 可能是我吃過新店一家無店攤位的燒烤以後 我就真的很挑剔了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 光顧這間店4年了 從國光路的吃到四維路 不得不說一直都很好 一分錢一分貨 千萬不要拿那種外面的價格跟品質來相比 好吃的東西是值得等待的 不會有人希望老闆多趕個幾分鐘交差但變的很難吃吧？當然老闆是很有個性啦 直來直往也不錯啊
I have been visiting this shop for 4 years. From Guoguang Road to Siwei Road, I have to say that it has always been very good. You get what you pay for. Don't compare the price with the quality. The delicious food is worth the wait. No one wants the boss to rush for a few more minutes to make a delivery but it becomes unpalatable, right? Of course, the boss is very personal. It's not bad to be direct.

老闆 很有趣喔，東南西北聊開了就是朋友一個
燒烤是很講究火候跟時間的，更講究新鮮度。
客人很多的時候，建議提前預約再取餐！
內用好像也開放了！還不來杯啤酒？
