優點：環境乾淨、拿藥有自己的流程，疫情下避免接觸，店員、藥師親切。
缺點：領藥的藥袋上沒有用藥注意事項和藥劑師名字，需要主動詢問，因為是領藥，覺得服務再好，但專業感打折。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次去領藥，領藥動線很亂標示不明確整個櫃檯貼東貼西看起來很亂，不清楚並詢問一位有點胖胖戴眼鏡綁馬尾的女店員，講話完全不看人只隨手指說抽號碼牌，真的是很沒禮貌，要不是在隔壁看診需要至這藥局領藥，根本不會想來這消費。

I asked a female clerk who was a little fat and wore glasses and tied a ponytail. It's really rude to say to draw a number card with your fingers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午3點初，現場排快篩的民眾已經大排長龍，向店員反應是否該先發號碼牌，避免有人插隊，店員說人力不足，當下能理解他們的辛苦，但發號碼牌不用到5分鐘吧？
提前發讓所有排隊的民眾知道自己在名額內，而超過的他們可以不必浪費時間傻傻的等，還可以趕緊去其他家排隊。
今天買完後，後面的排隊民眾還很長，店員出來說已經賣完了，看到一個個失落離開的民眾⋯⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去兌換媽媽禮，但是店員對於活動很不熟悉，88折的品項還要從2樓拿到1樓櫃檯詢問，然後DM上應該給的贈品也少給，當時沒注意買了些品項兌換結帳完離開，才想到似乎有少贈品，所以再跑一趟詢問，而其中一個品項也沒貨了，如果沒有貨的話，是不是應該在我去的第一趟就應該說明清楚呢！店員對於活動應該比顧客更明瞭才對！
