台灣之星已經使用好幾年了,一直以來女性專員服務態度都很好,很值得給滿星。但自從來了男性專員之後,實在是很不想再進去門市,某次要去辦低資費給小孩使用,一直不斷要推銷其他較高資費方案,不讓我辦低資費,盧到很煩人所幸就直接離開門市,直接聯繫線上客服,客服專員直接線上幫我申辦,非常感謝! 再來另一位男性專員,只要不是要資費升級或是續約或是申辦門號,馬上臭臉口氣差講話語調也直接上揚,態度180度大轉變,真的不是在誇張,這篇評論沒有特別針對誰,但這就是幾次下來給我的感覺。 沒有需要什麼尊貴高級的服務,只是希望能夠改善”態度”,今天不需要這些方案不代表我未來不需要,沒必要被拒絕後就態度大轉變!現在要去門市都只能先看看女專員有沒有上班,男專員們真的令我不敢恭維!!

人手不足又不懂變通, 有些客人只是來心裡輔導的, 佔用了整個櫃檯服務, 只是要繳個費空等了半小時, 沒招呼也沒有應變方式, 教育訓練很差的公司!
