★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 警衛認真負責有禮貌，鄰居間彼此相處和睦，環境清幽又有小花園，附近有夜市，菜市場，中小學交通便利，五分鐘可直達台北或板橋車站與捷運，實實在在的好房子，真是買到賺到。而且我還是重機迷，樓下又剛好有間重機車行，規模還頗大的，實在是我夢寐以求房子的好地點。
The guards are serious, responsible and polite. Neighbors get along well with each other. The environment is quiet and has a small garden. There are night markets, vegetable markets, primary and secondary schools nearby. The transportation is convenient. It can be directly connected to Taipei or Banqiao Station and MRT in five minutes. It is a really good house. Really buy it and earn it. And I'm still a heavy machine fan, and there happens to be a heavy motorcycle shop downstairs, which is quite large. It is really a good place for my dream house.
