A	Andrew Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魏醫師人還不錯，不過櫃檯人員實在是很兩光，我這禮拜二打電話預約這禮拜五看診，結果禮拜五到現場竟然說我是約下禮拜五，那就算了，現場直接問櫃檯能不能約明天，櫃檯說可以，結果隔天因為臨時有事不能去所以打電話去取消，電話中竟然又跟我說我是約下禮拜六，那不就好險我沒白跑一趟，真的是很無言….. Physician Wei is not bad, but the staff at the counter is really rude. I called this Tuesday to make an appointment to see a doctor this Friday, but when I came to the scene on Friday, he said that I had an appointment for next Friday, so forget it and ask the counter directly on the spot. They have provided their diagnosis and recommendations after thorough assessment, and also provided options for me including the fees involved with the respective options. I was early for half an hour yet the environment was comfortable enough for my 30mins wait, but the toilet wasn’t really clean (rubbish bin was full, toilet seat was lifted with urine, hand towel ran out) - customers’ fault I guess, but having routine cleaning/checking could help. Receptionists didn’t appear friendly so felt a little unwelcoming. They were not harsh, but just emotionless. (One smile behind the mask makes two!) All in all, the important things for me are dentists professionalism and the transparency with billing which I got both here. Thanks! Oh btw, FYI, they only take cash. Be prepared.
