2. 專業知識不足，讓人白跑一趟
電話中我說血清瓶，老闆一直聽成「水晶瓶」，到底有什麼化學器材叫做水晶瓶的！？
我要寬口血清瓶，老闆把窄口的當成寬口，我已經報尺寸，還能搞錯，非常離譜！讓人白跑一趟～
還推銷說什麼台製的比較便宜，結果居然拿「廣口瓶」，當成血清瓶賣，廣口瓶跟血清瓶分不清楚，非常糟糕的購買經驗。
3. 嫌散買的東西少，不願報價，一直說很貴，也不打算跟你報價

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店內的人非常專心的在看電視跟滑手機，客人上門時似乎不太想接待客人。詢問想買的商品，回應態度十分不耐煩。後來到想買的商品區，看到架上陳列亂七八糟，店員自己都差點找不到。標價與官網標示不符，而且商品效期超短。
雖然因為想買的東西效期太短而沒消費，但整體來說是一個非常糟糕的經驗。
