★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 您好，不知道我在這裡反應happygo的APP是否有效?昨天欲更換happygo的點數，在櫃檯排隊中打開app欲更換，沒想到竟無條碼能讓店員用機器掃描，因已在櫃檯，點下確認更換後更是直接跳到已更換的頁面，無法再跳出顯示任何資訊。我認為這樣的設計有誤，沒有任何掃描提示，按下後又無從更改，且沒有掃描到條碼又怎能確定是否已兌換?目前點數已消失，而我又確實未更換到商品，能否勞煩處理一下這樣的設計，謝謝!
