★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/4/1 以前吃過，口味還不錯，店家態度算ok。但自從兼職外送後→來取餐，白天男老闆會核對餐點數量，晚上的阿姨則說只要數量，規則不同；但兩位都是用了不起的口吻糾正，要外送員照店家的規矩走。
晚上遇到這位阿姨連續兩次跩著講話，連餐具自取也不講位置，還是旁邊的好心客人指點。搖搖頭取餐準備要離開，然後一位「T 」一再大聲地問我：「有什麼問題嗎？！」請問，我講了，你們願意改善而將心比心嗎？外送員的品質有好壞(如同店家一樣)，但我一直秉持著只要態度好，都會遇上好店家和好客人。外送員也是人，大家都是為生活努力奔波著。這是我第一次遇上如此態度的店家，蠻不多得的，我想，生意應該是好的不得了才會這樣？！
核對品項和數量是個好原則，但也需要建立在尊重與互相的基礎上，而非以教育或訓練每一個外送員的態度。如用POP告示的方式，明白的列出統一流程讓外送員遵守，也能避免言語上的繁瑣與不悅。#祝福貴店接外送接到爆單，外送員接單接到手軟害怕，加油。
額外補充：此店無論當客人或當外送取餐時，發現只要有湯的餐點必漏。
2021/8/1 這次外送湯碗沒漏，但米血湯偏鹹，小碗鴨肉飯的鴨肉若以現場價30元來說算給得足夠。
2021/9月 發現，現場價格已調漲。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在ubereats訂單，既然要做買一送一的優惠活動，而且價錢也是「兩碗」店內價【附註：外送平台仍會抽成費用】，不懂為什麼還要把份量弄得比原本的還少許多，這樣也太不老實了吧…
－－－業者已回覆表示：不管哪一樣產品，我們都有標準的重量以及SOP，(但是【個人附註】)那個量太扯，我會立即與當班的同仁做檢討。
所以下次用餐再體驗看看?
