醫師診細心,說明也都很詳盡.會給3顆星是因為櫃台小姐.我找不到健保卡跟小姐說,而小姐的回覆是:"那也沒辦法,你住那麼遠(我住基隆)不可能回去拿,我又能怎麼樣"...小姐說的沒錯,但我也相信會有更好的說法.看診結束後,小姐也忘了給我收據,當我回電問收據時,櫃台小姐回說"喔~我忘了給你喽".也沒說要怎麼補給我,還是我主動問才獲得回應.這是我今天的經驗,若非醫生的原因,我不會考慮跑這麼遠來這間醫院.

1/26帶小孩去諮詢評估牙齒矯正,回家考慮2天後確定打電話預約裝矯正器就已經預約到3/17,3/17晚上裝矯正器的牙醫並非原先評估矯正的醫師,先黏了上排10顆矯正器,我們一離開就掉了一顆,回去問時醫生就直接拔掉說那顆先不黏(?)當天孩子晚上刷牙又掉了一顆…,隔日我感覺不對勁打電話去診所,接電話的小姐一再強調說會掉是正常的,收好下次(1個月後)再黏就可以了,詢問看是否可以換回原來諮詢的醫生,小姐說那要先預約原先裝的醫生拆掉才能再由別的醫生裝,於是只好又預約了一週後(3/24)同醫生拆矯正器,在此之間,已陸續掉了4顆矯正器,並在孩子的嘴裡裸露了約3公分的矯正鋼線(我先生覺得突刺危險,自行剪斷部分鋼線以免割傷孩子)。 3/24晚上欲回診拆矯正器,櫃台小姐輪番想說服我不要拆不要換醫生(話術省略1千字),但因我們已對此醫生失去信心,恐怕難以配合1、2年矯正期,因此堅持想拆,小姐於是現場才告知矯正器拆掉後要先收2萬5仟元的矯正器費用,原因是每個醫師使用的廠牌「可能」不同,別的醫師不用等於整個要重新收費(載蒙隱形自鎖式矯正總價約18萬),在我強烈質疑為何明明是新的新的矯正器,也未事先告知我同家診所會使用不同廠牌的矯正器的情形下,卻要重新收費?於是櫃台小姐同意協助我問看看原來諮詢醫生「是否可以」使用原來的矯正器。 3/25下午接獲櫃台小姐電話,無法回覆我原來諮詢醫生答覆是否可以(使用原來的矯正器),因為原先諮詢的醫生已經忘記了我們這個病患…,請我們再去一次諮詢評估。 至此,我們已決定認賠矯正器費用另覓其他診所,接下來僅談餘款退費。因之前我本人在此診所由院長植牙印象甚好,所以才帶著孩子到這看診,經此次經驗後將不再往來,2萬5仟元買個教訓和一肚子氣,希望我們是最後一個付學費的人。 補記:通知我4/7去取預繳3萬只退還的5000元,要求的3樣東西…退款、收據跟矯正器,結果未拿到完整矯正器還是得多跑一趟,真的是間病人的時間不是時間的診所。 業主回應再回應:櫃臺小姐從沒說明週三週四醫生不同,這點我非常確定,只是因為我自認未主動確認清楚自己也有錯所以並未糾結(歡迎調錄音對質,我現在遺憾的是診所為何沒錄!!小姐這樣推銷責任感覺超差!),但櫃臺絕對沒說明也沒說過醫生不同矯正器會不同!然後繳了3萬只退5千也算退款!真的如果太有錢太有閒的人盡量去!!
