一般不加辣不會太強的辣勁，加上特有辣醬，湯頭又達到一個新的層次，麻辣卻不刺激喉嚨，儘管加了辣，湯頭依舊順口?️
選料很多，但是有點小貴，這大概是唯一的缺點吧?
整體來說，麻辣燙的湯頭順口，配料入味，都很好吃?
如果不是很會吃辣的人，建議不要輕易嘗試小辣以上，真的很辣！！微辣的辣度剛好，適合飲湯，有麻辣的香味卻不會過嗆過辣?
