比起新莊某間24小時的牙科這間真的讓我感受到了態度還有專業 手法也不錯招招命中要害雖然去沒很多次但是感覺不錯

去年11月牙齦發炎,臼齒蛀牙 不得已 只好找牙醫處理 至今已回診了七次 這期間 很感謝專業的柏安醫師 每次回診總是耐心的 處理好 我的牙齒問題 (我給柏安醫師 五顆星) 然而今天卻是很差的體驗 預約了20:30的時間 20:25櫃檯報到 一直到了21:10 還沒輪到我 也沒人知會我什麽 這樣乾等了四 五十分後 於是我詢問了櫃檯 結果是 “柏安醫師還忙著” 當下我回應櫃檯 我預約八點半 現在已經九點多ㄟ 這跟現場掛號 有差嗎? 這樣 還需預約嗎?! 這時陳啟山院長出聲說 他可以先幫柏安醫師處理 當下 我心裡蠻是感激的 補了上方的牙之後 哪知 問題來了 他竟然說下方的 下次再補 不會吧?這又是哪門子邏輯啊?! 怎麼跟之前的說法又不同了 我試著告知,我回診時間 不易安排 也說了 柏安醫師說 這次可以同時處理好 他卻反駁我說 他替柏安醫師處理 今天就只能這樣 我完全摸不著頭緒 什麼 “今天就只能這樣” 什麽跟什麽嘛! 是因為九點半了 下班時間到了嗎? 你是院長ㄟ 怎麼會是這種態度啊? P.S後來等到了柏安醫師出面 處理了後續 ~ 今天我要抱怨的是 既然預約了時間 患者也準時報到了 醫師如果還忙著或有其他的突發事件 診所櫃檯是否應知會患者 患者知情 也知道大約需等待的時間 或是考慮改期 ...等 而不是讓患者 在完全不知情的情況下 乾等...

昨天補牙無法使用健保這件事: —已解決— 院長發現這件事情後有聯繫我。人難免會犯錯,只要有誠意道歉坦承有疏失並改善,就夠了。事情有即時處理,也願意把款項退回來改用健保給付。

FOREIGNERS BE AWARE! Maybe because my wife and I are not Taiwanese, but when we went in for check up and cleaning, we assumed national insurance would cover it. They told us that cleaning was not covered and tried to charge us an additional 3,500NT each. They seemed nice but we didn’t want to pay that much for cleaning. They looked at our teeth for less than 10 minutes each. It felt like a waste of time. Later, we asked our Taiwanese friends and found out that this is unusual. Cleaning should be covered under insurance. They’ve broken our trust by trying to make more money off of us. If you are a foreigner, do not go here!
