In the classroom, I feel like noodles, the teacher is kind, the noodles taught are good, and the desserts are also super delicious. Whenever I go back to try desserts for relatives, friends and colleagues, I will say it is delicious!

老師耐心指導下即使是新手也能做出美味又漂亮的蛋糕!
Stepping into this side because of learning lemon tower, the teacher not only carefully teaches but also gradually demonstrates, the materials used in the class are really generous and even the exclusive formula is shared! It is definitely not the kind of dessert that can be compared to a tablet! !
Under the patient guidance of the teacher, even novices can make delicious and beautiful cakes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當年因草莓千層派進入了菓本多田的世界,一向討厭德式塔皮或粗硬多麵粉體西點的我,只有吃過Grace的經典國王派與千層派皮甜點,才知什麼是細緻的歐式甜點;千萬不要以為好做又省餡料的粗製丶被冠以德式厚硬塔皮(一切即皮餡分離)才是好點心。我手笨只負責吃,喜歡國王派丶喜歡中西日等各式點心也想親手做的話,可以去Grace老師的烘焙教室喔,不只示範而已,是可以學習親手製作喜愛的點心並能帶回家接受稱讃的喲。
Back then, because strawberry pies entered the world of fruit and tada, I always hated German-style tapioca or coarse and hard flour pastries. Only after eating Grace’s classic king’s pies and pies, did I know what meticulousness is. European-style desserts; don’t think that it’s a good dessert that is easy to make and saves on the fillings and is labeled with German-style thick and hard tart (everything is separated from the filling). I am stupid and only responsible for eating. If I like King’s Pie, Chinese, Western and Japanese, and I want to make it by myself, I can go to Grace’s baking classroom. It’s not just a demonstration, but I can learn to make my favorite dim sum and take it home. Accept the bad guys.

大姊做得甜點已達職人水準,才知Grace老師不是別人,是台北東區甜點cafe一姊菓本多田的chefowner
不只可以訂購西式鹹甜點,還可以去老師的烘焙教室,大姊業餘得空去學也被Grace老師教達職業水準。不要以為外國主廚客座的示範教學課程能多有收穫(除非你是去看人的),君x酒店外國甜點主廚坐鎮的點心坊出品的國王派,可是被我指正一次又再做一次結果賠償品依然派皮失敗呢!
My eldest sister brings delicious desserts every time. When I asked where to buy it, I found out that the eldest sister’s hand-made and elder sister’s master, Grace, produced it.
The eldest sister has made desserts up to professional standards, only to realize that Mr. Grace is no one else, but is the chefowner of the dessert cafe in East District of Taipei.
Not only can you order Western-style savoury desserts, but you can also go to the teacher's baking classroom. Don’t think that the foreign chef’s guest lectures can be more rewarding (unless you are going to see people). The king’s pie produced by the dim sum restaurant where the foreign dessert chef of Jun x Hotel is seated, but I have corrected it again and again. The compensation product still failed!

I have been a loyal fan of Kamoto Tada since more than ten years ago. After taking the strawberry tower course of Grace teacher this time, I learned about the complicated process of making a dessert and a lot of knowledge about making towers.
Guoben’s strawberry tower has always been my favorite. I am very happy to have the opportunity to take this course. The teacher’s careful explanation and unconcealed production process are highly recommended to those of you who like hand-made desserts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我最喜歡的是水果千層蛋糕,鮮奶油濃郁又不會太甜,水果非常新鮮!草莓塔、栗子塔、蝴蝶酥,尤其是「達克瓦茲」真的不知道怎麼形容,太好吃了!用料真心實在!而且是用一種「守護作品」的方式在製造,真心推薦大家!
My favorite is the fruit layer cake. The fresh cream is rich and not too sweet. The fruit is very fresh! Strawberry Tower, Chestnut Tower, Butterfly Crisp, especially "Dakwaz" I really don't know how to describe it, they are so delicious! The materials used are real! And it is made in a way of "guarding works", I sincerely recommend everyone!
