新埔巷子裡的拉麵店,以這個地區價錢算是很便宜的,份量不大,但鹽味湯頭很夠味不膩,麵體偏硬,CP值高! 同行點了蒜味,超級蒜,喝來好爽,但可能比較容易膩 整體而言是家不錯的拉麵店,也不用什麼排隊,價位也不高,但也不致於會特地來吃,剛好在附近找晚餐的話可以推薦?

經過幾次但是都沒有機會能夠嚐嚐看,因為要回家吃飯 趁今天家人去中部,又不想煮泡麵(懶懶懶)出來找吃的~! 本來要買便當,剛好經過看見拉麵店剛好就今天嗑一碗拉麵吧(偽出國一下),看了一下就鹽味好了加了顆溏心蛋 因為沒吃過 雞白湯 口味的湯頭所以選鹽味應該是最正確的吧~! 餐具自取而且有供水“感覺就像在日本” ,麵來了先開吃吧 湯頭還不錯 應該是有淡一點吧,因為要配合台灣人的口味 因為我記得拉麵的湯都很重口味,還是雞白湯本身就是清淡? 看老闆很忙,不好意思多問~ 第一次看到 雞叉燒 看起來很普通,咬了一口~ 哇 肉質好嫩而且有入味 再吃一口 溏心蛋滑溜的蛋黃濃郁的味道 搭配豆芽的脆口,幸福滿滿~! 下次來嚐嚐“升級版”的看看,店內沒有太多裝飾品的擺放,用餐環境 簡約乾淨~挺像日式家庭的感覺~建議如果是男生可以加麵,女生的話應該是剛剛好喔!

意外的來到這家小店用餐(本來想到附近餐廳用餐的),因為比想像中美味,忍不住來做個評價一下。 從外面看到老闆一個人忙進忙出的,看起來很像日本屋台拉麵的感覺,店裡採半自助方式,點完餐需要到櫃檯結帳,並自行取用開水及湯匙、筷子。 點了松露口味的拉麵,並升級豪華加料版,一開始不抱著什麼期待,當餐點上桌之後,被一口湯驚艷到了,在日本吃了很多的濃湯拉麵(豚骨、雞白湯等),都因為太重口味而膩口,一開始可能覺得湯頭很好喝,但最後吃完麵都不會把湯喝完。 這家的拉麵雞湯湯頭,入口清淡,喝得出「雞湯」的感覺,加入些許的松露提味後,讓湯頭味道多了一點層次,香氣也不一樣了,雞叉燒是舒肥的口感非常軟嫩不柴,筍乾的滋味稍微普通沒有亮點了些,冰過的溏心蛋吃起來有淡淡的甜味,中間濕潤柔軟並帶有醃製醬汁的氣味(因為升級豪華版,熱愛吃蛋的我吃了兩個溏心蛋),麵條的部分我覺得比起一般日本吃過的拉麵是稍微軟了一點,但是硬度還是有的,整體吃起來讓人滿意,湯我也喝到了見碗底;同行的點了味噌口味,對味精敏感的他也把湯頭喝到了最後,感謝老闆用心製作的湯頭。 對於吃慣重口味濃湯拉麵的朋友們來說這碗拉麵可能不適合你們,感覺老闆有為了台灣人口味稍微做過調整,喜歡較清淡口味的朋友們可以來嘗試看看。 有機會會再過來吃吃~

屋台式的雞白湯拉麵店,內用座位大約12~14個,因為是晚上八點多去,只有老闆一個人忙進忙出,餐具與開水是自助式的。 吃的是正油雞白湯拉麵,分量很適合晚間吃,不會過飽,湯頭清爽可以乾碗,拉麵軟硬適中,肉的部分鮮嫩清爽,搭配蒜味泡菜,超搭,下次再去試試其他口味。
