★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1977年底由牧師高育蒼在板橋市漢民路63巷35號，購買一樓房屋，於12月23日經第一次備委員會議決，以新民里取名「新民教會」，並定1978年元1日下午二時舉行開設禮拜。
At the end of 1977, Rev. Gao Yucang purchased a first-floor house at No. 63, Lane 63, Hanmin Road, Banqiao City. On December 23, after the first preparatory committee decided, he named Xinmin Church "Xinmin Church" and settled on January 1, 1978 The opening ceremony will be held at 2 pm.
