★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整個社區本來很好, 但在李總幹事離開後, 既然有住戶把空屋當起了玉米跟肉類的倉庫, 產生嚴重噪音跟異味.
而且還請了4-5個員工, 擁有磁扣得以任意進出社區, 造成疫情跟安全的漏洞.
C/D兩棟間跟親子教室旁的空地, 原有的韓國草皮已多年沒有維護.
甚至有住戶把自己家廢棄的花盆都在此空地
