Obviously there is no contact or missed call, but the system shows that the delivery has not been met, and the customer service can't get through.

打去問客服說什麼司機沒有帶到貨今天無法送也不保證明天能送==

Call and ask the customer service what the driver said, if the driver did not bring the goods, it cannot be delivered today, nor is it guaranteed to deliver tomorrow==

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最爛的宅配！沒打電話確在系統呈現沒人接，沒聯繫又顯示公司行號休息(明明是住宅公寓也公司招牌)亂填，客服等10分鐘也打不通。管理跟素質非常差的宅配公司，能不用盡量不要用⋯
Worst housekeeper ever! If I didn't make a call, the system showed that no one answered, and if I didn't contact, it showed that the company's bank number was closed (obviously it was a residential apartment and a company sign), and the customer service couldn't get through after 10 minutes. A home delivery company with very poor management and quality should try not to use it...
