★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理好，住戶單純。大中庭可供小孩玩樂，公車站就在社區門口（「台北水都社區」站）。
Management is good, the residents are simple. The big atrium is for children to play, and the bus stop is at the gate of the community ("Taipei Shuidu Community" station).

曾拜訪客戶來此處~覺得蠻舒適
