品康藥局老闆娘 開錯藥量及天數。
藥單內容:每日四次 ，3天份及藥粉。
結果品康藥局老闆娘(非實際藥師:張x賢)，開藥為每日三次，2天分的劑量且為顆粒狀…
目前已舉報衛生局受理案件，4/25晚上，小朋友已吃完顆粒後，才驚覺劑量及次數及形狀皆不同。
請拿藥的人，要特別檢查!
