★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是個挑高的社區，剛剛蓋好就碰到汐止淹水導致靠基隆河那一邊地基流失，建商馬上補強，管委會管的2266但因為挑告能裝潢成閣樓所以賣的很好。
This is a high-rise community. Just after it was built, Xizhi flooded and the foundation was lost on the side of the Keelung River. The builders immediately reinforced it. The management committee managed 2266, but it sold well because it could be decorated as a loft.

社區設路擋在開放空間，歧視醫護人員。
