The environment is very good, but the Zhongtai Ford Automobile Factory is in front of it/there is a sandstone field in the back/there is a leisure trail next to it, and it’s in the middle. When entering, be careful that the entrance and exit roads share the road with the gravel plant. There are often gravel trucks and excavators entering and exiting. Be careful! It is recommended to walk in from the side trail!

In the local belief center, the main worship is the god of good fortune, the goddess of Guanyin Bodhisattva, the Virgin of Heaven, the God of Xuantian, the Prince of Western Qin and other gods. Fu'en Temple, also known as Zhangshuwan Tudi Gong Temple, was established as early as during the Japanese Occupation. At that time, farmers held worship ceremonies in February and August of the lunar calendar every year to pray for good weather, national prosperity, good harvest and family peace. . After the 34th year of the Republic of China, several local believers with good faith and others discussed together that the land on the hill of the former Nangang Railway Tunnel and the land on the side of a section of Datong Road would be treated as a public place. Shishen donated land to build a land temple. Although the temple is small, there are gods and spirits. The believers are devout and God bless the peace. With the social and economic prosperity, the temple has been renovated several times. In 1983, it expanded to its present appearance and became a two-story building, with the downstairs as the center of activities for the residents and the upstairs as a temple. Although Zhangshuli is now an industrial place, it has a long history of development. Fu'en Temple is one of the places that can witness the history here.
