★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樣品屋很美但獨棟別墅開價4千多萬還是連面漆、磁磚、隔間還有電梯……通通都沒有的超級毛柸屋，售價跟廣告差很大…上山的路又小又塞，想要5分鐘到車站應該是凌晨飆車吧，基地被超大電塔包圍，又有順向坡跟土石流議題環繞，這個地段跟環境真的不值這個行情~
