因為沒有看到繳管理費公告, 所以想知道如何 補/繳交.
到管理室沒看到總幹事, 所以向他詢問.
他用很大聲且苛責的語氣反問說: 繳管理費不是你們住戶自己要處理的事情嗎!?我只是值班人員, 怎麼會問我!?
他的音量, 語氣和態度讓我以為他誤會, 以為我在向他討債.
我說明因為我可能漏看繳費公告, 所以想知道如何補/繳交.
聽我再次解釋完後他面有困惑不發一語的看著我.
(真的就一直看著我不發一語)
我說:所以....要怎麼繳?
他再次用苛責的語氣很兇的說: 你補繳啊 !!!
(到底是為什麼這麼兇?)
我說: 我就是想繳管理費才來詢問.
他回覆: 你等總幹事在的時候再問她啊!
(但也沒有告知總幹事何時會在)
我只好又問:總幹事今天在嗎?
他總算告知總幹事13:30會回來.
(一頭霧水)
一開始就這樣回覆, 說 "總幹事13:30會回來, 繳費問題再問她"
就好了, 不可以嗎?
為什麼要用帶有惡劣情緒的方式回覆一個很簡單的問題呢?
我於13:40打電話找總幹事
同個管理員回覆:總幹事出車禍了.
真的傻眼.
所以他是剛才就知道了, 還是現在才知道這件事情?
告知總幹事出車禍後, 也應該要告知後續是否有人來接班吧?
他當然沒說, 電話上又是一陣沉默.
最後我說:好, 知道了, 謝謝.
