★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鬧中取靜，對面有公園，適合遛狗的環境，住了快三年，發現鄰居平均素質都很好，附近店家越來越多，有全家，義美，英文補習班，早餐店，還有期待已久的愛尚麻辣燙（敲碗中），
年底7-11也要駐點了～現在也新增社區巴士，要去東湖捷運站或汐科車站都超方便的，管委會部分也是很用心在為社區付出，能住到這麼好的地方，真的很滿足～
