翁	翁德良 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 港式燒臘對於大部份的台灣人而言，接受度普遍都很高。港式燒臘的料理經過了長久的迎合台灣的大眾口味，演變至今很多地方都變得不到地。基本上港式料理中比較少配菜，而台灣的商家為了取得最佳的業積，附菜三，四樣，附湯附養樂多等等，很難吃到港點的精華。難得有機會可以在此嚐到正統的燒蠟與港式料理方式的佳餚，真是快樂的一整個星期，我覺得愛好港式燒臘的朋友，不一定要尋尋覓覓，豪記的料理絕對是可以滿足每一位顧客的需求！ Hong Kong-style roast meat is generally highly accepted by most Taiwanese.
