★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 快遞超爛 , 目前規定已放寬 , 其他物流都可送上樓，因為家中只有老人無法下樓領取，不願送上樓就算了，司機直接說「不收就算了」然後掛電話。到底為什麼付運費還要受這種氣？垃圾快遞，給一星都太多。不要送貨就不要做這份工作。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打物流單上的電話打不通，打給台北總公司，小姐說應該是放假吧？沒辦法處理（傻眼客服人員可以這樣回覆的喔）
後來又打了北部好幾站物流中心的電話都沒有人接，所以就從早上九點等到下午三點司機出現。浪費別人的時間
拜託，物流公司的包裹追蹤還有客服怎麼可以這麼爛啦，然後還叫客人下樓拿包裹
下次哪家賣家再用這間，我就客訴那間商場
