不是很理解,櫻花的服務口碑很好,廣告強調的也是售後服務。可是每次打客服電話進入,接電話的小姐語氣都極冰冷,對答中常常不知該如何延續問題。重點是,還不只一個客服如此!可見不是個人問題,應該是公司的訓練不足。希望主管們能重視,服務好,第一印象也是很重要的。

本人於2月20日在汐止中興路購買櫻花恆溫熱水器一台用了三個多月於6月5日發生故障令人傻眼,可是令我更傻眼是6月6日請經銷商報維修,我太太在家等一天完全沒有消息。打到客服後才有回應。說好6月8日晚上六點來維修結果早上不知是那位師父打來說六點已經是下班時間居然跟我太太說能不能假日維修我太太跟他說家裡有小孩難道要我們一家再洗冷水澡五天嗎?他居然跟我太太說不然請外面的水電行維修。真的令人聽到就火大東西買三個多月壞了就算了連維修都這麼惡劣。不知貴公司是標榜東西賣出概不負責嗎?跟廣告說的完全相反嗎?這種行為真的令我身為一個消費者對貴公司的產品與態度很失望對週遭的人我也會叫他們盡量不要購買貴公司的產品。真是惡劣的產品與服務。

爛到炸掉,花了六七萬買的熱泵熱水器,熱水根本不熱,冬天只能洗冷水澡。維修人員來了三四次還一直強調這是正常!溫度連40度都不到頭髮還沒洗完就冷了,服務差不專業還強調熱泵本來就這樣!換了他牌熱水器就完全正常,洗澡洗到冒汗!不到一年的熱水器只好丟了!爛貨!
