In order to avoid such regrets from happening and praying for the blessing of the gods, in the 1940s, the residents of Xizhixiajiewei used stone beams to cover the small land public temple at the current site. Later, in the 52nd year of the Republic of China, the local Yinda Huang Jianqing invested 40,000 yuan to buy the land for the construction of the temple. Completed in year. In 1996, the government renovated the Keelung River, dredged the river channel and constructed embankments. The gravel trucks that came and went shattered the temple foundation, causing the temple to lean beyond repair. After consultation with the Water Conservancy Bureau, some funds were obtained.
