不知道不會給專業的人來回覆嗎?還是門市人員都只會銷售不了解產品呢?
打這通電話詢問根本浪費我的時間
很喜歡全國電子,但沒想到從銷售到售後服務居然是如此,希望總公司可以加強訓練(當天購買洗衣機也是詢問到後面感覺態度有點不太煩,到購買後又是另一種態度)

I like National Electronics very much, but I didn't expect this to be the case from sales to after-sales service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 其實不用這麼跩，顧客就是有問題才會詢問，回答是用嗆聲的口氣？感覺的出來是比較資深的員工啦但也不用這樣，顧客好聲好氣的詢問，講話可以不用那麼囂張真的，互相尊重很簡單，好好講話不會很難，建議要買東西的帥哥美女～不要有太多問題問店員哦～
