★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前到這間銀行的時候警衛阿伯一直態度都很親切也服務的很專業,疫情也幫忙量體溫還有問業務幫忙抽取號碼牌,很棒!
一開始到這間銀行的時候櫃台人員也都效率很好很快
這幾次服務真的很奇怪,十一月份要用股票那些來櫃檯開網路銀行,人那麼多說負責人的人不在,要等半小時到一個小時,後來一個小姐吃飯回來了竟然問說怎麼不到前面國泰辦網路銀行。。。
然後前一陣子過年前來存款,存的是別人的存摺(我爸的),存的金額約30萬,效率很快,也沒問東問西,今天來存錢,存我的存摺,同一個服務人員,存90萬左右,一直問錢哪裡來的,當然賺來的存來的,不然怎麼來的?問了好一陣子,還問家裡有沒有做生意做什麼行業的,我辛苦賺錢,好一陣子想存到我的存摺這樣不行?後來服務人員說超過50要問,可是這麼一直問你得到的回答還不都一樣。原來存到別人的帳戶不用問,存到自己的帳戶需要一直問同樣的問題,還要身分證然後還要被問身家或是職業...矛盾又莫名其妙。
這間銀行好的我有誇了,服務奇怪的點我也點出來了,至於有沒有人看到,不關我的事情了,要服務一直這麼奇怪,那應該沒有客人會來了。

A service staff, who saved about 900,000 yuan, kept asking where the money came from, of course the earned money was saved, otherwise how did it come? After asking for a long time, he also asked if his family had any business or profession. I worked hard to make money. , I have been trying to save it to my bankbook for a while? Later, the service staff said that more than 50 questions should be asked, but the answers you get are not all the same. It turns out that you don't need to ask when you save to someone else's account, but you need to ask the same question all the time when you save to your own account, you need an ID card, and then you need to be asked about your net worth or occupation... The contradiction is inexplicable.
I have praised this bank for being good, and I have also pointed out the strange service points. As for whether anyone sees it, it is none of my business. If the service has always been so strange, there should be no customers coming.
