感覺是偏僻的地點，但是在交流道下來的不遠處。
戶數很多，樓高二十餘層，屋齡應該有20年以上，雖然聽起來老舊，但是感覺還是有蠻多人住在裡面。
下有Lamigo 港式料理餐廳，吃起來還不錯，
一樓還有全家便利商店跟7-11，方便購物。
