★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柯子林茶莊餐廳離汐止夢湖開車大概20分鐘車程，推薦特色料理是凍頂茶豆腐、竹筒魯肉飯、石頭蝦。天氣好的時候，離餐廳步行約5分鐘的路程，可以順遊一處戶外天然的游泳池。
 Ke Zilin Tea House restaurant is about 20 minutes' drive from Xizhimeng Lake. The recommended specialties are Dongdingcha Tofu, Zhutonglu Pork Rice, and Stone Shrimp. When the weather is good, you can take a 5-minute walk from the restaurant to a natural outdoor swimming pool.

現場是客滿的狀態！雖然出餐有點慢，但是服務人員態度親切並且也口頭告知因為僅一位師父在烹調所以需要耐心等候！
蔥油雞（半分）份量也很多！
鹽烤台灣鯛魚 真的很新鮮而且也沒有土味！
用餐體驗整體很不錯，也覺得蠻推薦！
#不過還是建議要「提早預約」避免來了結果客滿失望離開！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在地人介紹有茶入味的料理，而且十一點就開始營業，餐廳門口停車位不多，底下路邊茶壺水池旁還可以停幾輛。室內被訂位包場，今天坐戶外有點冷，但外面看風景不錯，出餐也快，很快暖和起來。有蠻多沒吃過的食材。
