★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.牛肉麵湯是有點中藥味的湯，麵條比較硬一點，還可以。
2.綜合羹冬粉很糟，羹沒什麼味道。比魯白菜的湯還要淡。
3.魯白菜不錯，還蠻多的。
4.豬耳朵很大塊，沾醬油還不錯吃。
整體料理還好，羹湯真的建議換一下，然後不要忘記用讓客人等太久，不然環境是很乾淨的，供參考⋯⋯

牛肉麵$130
麵屬於比較有嚼勁的寬麵，但有些硬
湯偏甜，香料/中藥味滿重的
肉剛剛好，不會到很軟爛還帶點筋，咬起來QQ的
整體來說ok，價格偏高些
魯白菜$35
滿大一份的，但我覺得過於軟爛了
味道的部分不太喜歡，吃兩三口就感覺很膩.....

首先紅油抄手麵醬料沒有很麻、很辣且是用烏龍麵，麵與醬吃起來是分離的。炒手1碗則是有5顆。
滷味部分沒寫在菜單上，需要特別問店員價錢。這次點了豬血糕（1片10元，2片15元。1片很小）跟豆皮（1片15元），滷味醬料不是我喜歡的口味，豬血糕吃起來味道也有點怪）個人不太推薦點滷味。
最後蛋花湯喝起來也不鮮甜，湯頭偏鹹沒有層次。
單就這次吃的這幾項，下次不會再來光顧了...

The lo-mei section is not written on the menu, so ask the staff for the price. In the end, the egg flower soup tasted not too sweet and the soup was too salty and had no level.
Just eat these items this time, I won't come here again next time ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在這物價飛奔時代，店家兼顧成本與品質，價位還能鎖在一百出頭不錯！ 湯頭也滿用心的，不會死甜或死鹹不錯！麵的方面在這裡的寬麵口感彈牙，咀嚼時麵香清甜...可以！ 牛腱子肉滾到軟爛入味, 一抿可化開，下刀時也是用心了...喜歡！就是老店裝潢相當普通，少了點質感...可惜！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 汐止不錯吃的牛肉麵店，雖然很難讓人有記憶點，但是餐點與滷味都非常好吃
牛肉麵口味有三層，清燉、紅燒、川味，依照自己吃辣的程度去選擇
這次點了川味牛肉麵，沒有想像中的辣，但是香味與麻味十足，所以辣度可以在自行調整，麵條是選用寬麵，份量中等，口感飽滿軟Q，也非常入味，牛肉非常大塊而且軟嫩，總之很讓人滿足
手工水餃更是一大特點，韭菜水餃多汁鮮美，味道好極了，滿嘴都是香噴噴的韭菜味
滷味也很好吃，不會有那種冷凍味，醬汁也調的非常適合
晚餐不知道吃什麼，選擇樟樹大業牛肉麵就對了
