★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地点雖位於高速公路旁～但目前要繞一段路才能上高速公路～一層六戶～共用兩部電梯～小坪數为主～大樓前樟樹二路比較窄～轉彎處有盲點需小心～尤其和公車交滙時～優點是前有河景及腳踏車步道

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目前住這裡感覺不錯, 建築物外觀好看, 環境清幽, 管理的也滿好 居住住戶也滿單純 好相處~要買吃的過個涵洞, 樟樹就很多可買 不至於不方便...原本買之前有聽說有停電問題 但住進來之後 目前也都沒遇到不預期的停電 看來之前反應 台電已經有改善了....因為這區房價比較合理, 所以第1 期應該都快賣完了 隔壁正在蓋2期 後續還有3期~期待未來這裡更熱鬧.....大家可以考慮看看囉 如果2 3期覺得不錯 來當鄰居囉 哈哈~

It seems that Taipower has improved before. Since the housing prices in this area are relatively reasonable, the first phase should be almost sold out. There are still 3 episodes after the 2nd phase~ I look forward to more lively here in the future... You can consider taking a look. If you think the 2nd and 3rd phases are good, come to be a neighbor. Hahaha~
