位居五堵站、國泰醫院及忠孝東路商圈中間位置，
樓下公車班次頻繁，也有Ubike站點，
開車也可以利用貨車道快速轉接國一三五。
錦峰山林木蓊鬱，不同季節青楓、山櫻花、桐花都是窗前的風景，高樓層可以看到遠處從基隆山到大尖山的稜線。
面忠孝東路可以看到星光橋，商圈外圍車流量小，離鐵路稍微有距離不至於太吵雜。
是環境、交通和機能都相當不錯的社區。

The Xingguang Bridge can be seen from Zhongxiao East Road. The traffic flow outside the business district is small, and it is a little distance from the railway so that it will not be too noisy.

再說這地點未來也沒輕軌捷運的加持，
代銷介紹時說這是先建後售所以建材都用的比較好？
23層用RC，外牆二丁掛，
浴室龍頭、電子鎖(沒有密碼功能)都配雜牌貨色，
馬桶也不是配一體成型的智慧馬桶(要加裝免治馬桶蓋)，
氣密窗也沒給到YKK或三協，
樓高也沒到３米６，
樓板還只有１５公分，
請問這建材到底好在哪？
