★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的不是我要說,真的很不好?,我去你們這間點看耳朵,說我中耳炎,給我開藥(3~4天的藥還有藥水),結果我吃完了沒好的還在痛,那就算了,我去別家看因為比較近,結果他跟我說外耳炎,我耳朵發炎受傷結痂了,然後說我嚴重,我吃了就好了??♀️雖然我不是專業人士,但真的請加強好嘛?

確診之後跟無頭蒼蠅一樣不知道該怎麼辦,還好診所可以電話看診拿藥,有了咳嗽藥、退燒藥可以減緩症狀,真的舒服很多,感謝萬分

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一名中年女藥劑師不照看診順序給藥,詢問後為何掛號排在後面的病人可以先取藥,竟然回覆只是因為該名病人在領藥窗口站很久所以先給他,這對按照掛號順序坐著等待的患者是否不公平?
p.s.彭醫生還是很專業的

剛好是很忙碌 很多患者的早上
但貴診所全體人員都很和氣有耐心
櫃檯小姐一個人不停接電話 又一邊掛號
完全沒有任何不耐感 許多人來電詢問視訊看診等候問題 小姐每通電話都很有耐心回應
也可以同時聽見醫師在視訊看診 溫柔耐心的教導民眾
而現場看診的時間也不會被拖到太久
雖然人多 但每位人員都敬業 態度非常好
女醫師看診說明也很仔細 就連藥師也會詳細說明服藥方式
五顆星真的不夠~應該給十顆星?

我代替我確診家人來視訊看診,一開始來電問可不可以幫「確診病患」視訊看診,診所說「可以」,我本人過去開手機跟病患即可。
結果看診拿完藥以後回到家,診斷上面是沒有特別寫到給確診病患緩解的字樣,我上了健康存摺上查居然寫「急性鼻竇炎」?
然後來電詢問可不可以更正,或是協助開診斷證明,診所卻說跟醫生討論過他們是不開的。
我不知道是哪裡出了什麼問題,在健保署衛生署上面揭露你們診所為「配合確診病患視訊看診」但卻開不出診斷書甚至還在健保紀錄上以「急性鼻竇炎」來記錄,但我家人完全沒有急性鼻竇炎,我家人是「新冠肺炎確診。」
還是是我認知上有問題呢?不曉得。
可能是我一開始就應該要問願不願意申報確診病患用藥吧,後來打去汐止別家名單上的馬上就說可以協助開立。

後來也確實到診所拿手機開視訊讓醫師以及我的確診家人視訊,但醫療紀錄卻刊登急性鼻竇炎。
而且也沒有事先告知會刊登此醫療紀錄,後來打給另外一家政府公告的名單在福德一路上的診所就立即開立正確的單據以及提供藥品給我家人了。
我能理解你們是可以協助開立藥品來緩解症狀,但主要針對刊登不實醫療紀錄以及無法開立正確的病患用藥收據感到納悶。

在我未確診前,有先去貴診所看診拿藥,醫生與櫃檯小姐都很親切,並幫我開藥三天份,以至於我後來Pcr 陽性在家隔離時有藥可以吃。
這次確診真的很無助,基本上就是自己一人在家自主應變,過程中也只有健康中心的人打電話來,跟我說如果我真的覺得自己不行了就打119,由於人力不足,他們也很無奈。
剛確診的前三天,我普拿疼吃了還是發燒,全身無力躺床暈眩冷到發抖,只有吃醫生幫我開的藥才沒有發燒?不敢想像如果沒有醫生的藥,自己一人北漂在租屋處隔離真的會很崩潰。
後來,打電話詢問貴診所可以幫我繼續開藥?當貴診所說可以時,我直接開心到流淚?。我請我朋友拿我的健保卡去幫我拿藥,吃到今天已第五天,症狀好轉非常非常非常多!沒有發燒、痰全部都咳得出來、喉嚨也沒有痛到像刀割了。
真的真的很感謝貴診所?真的救我一命?

This diagnosis is really helpless. Basically, I am at home by myself. During the process, only people from the health center called and told me that if I really felt that I could not do it, I would call 119. Due to the lack of manpower, they also called 119. Very helpless.
Three days before I was diagnosed, I had pain and fever after eating. I was unable to lie down in bed, dizzy, and shivering. Only by taking the medicine prescribed by the doctor did I have no fever. Floating in isolation at a rental house can really be devastating.
Later, I called and asked if your clinic could help me continue to prescribe medicine? When your clinic said yes, I was so happy that I cried ?. I asked my friend to take my health insurance card to help me get the medicine. Today is the fifth day, and my symptoms have improved very, very, very much! There is no fever, all the phlegm is coughed up, and the throat is not sore as if it was cut by a knife.
