一星主因：
在LINE客服上提問，常常不回覆，或是只回答想回答的問題，其他視而不見，要客戶一再追問，才有可能得到回覆，讓人非常不悅，消費卻沒有得到基本尊重，服務品質很差，讓我考慮更換其他品牌
順帶一提，Honeywell飲水機耗材濾芯價格不便宜
優點：只有會定期通知更換飲水機濾芯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初買房子，建商附的淨水器，最近水龍頭開始滴水，詢問官方Line，看都沒看就回覆疑似水龍故障，因為沒有零件可替換，直接建議須更換一組新的水龍頭$1800/支/未稅，後來自己螺絲鎖緊後馬上改善，終於知道為什麼一堆人給這間公司這麼差的評價，更誇張的是和這間公司抱怨，Line已讀不回，想做業績不是這麼草率對待客戶，難怪有人會留言他們官方Line只回答想回答的問題，真的強烈建議大家要用他們家東西要三思。
