3.有電梯，老人家坐輪椅沒問題。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設計就如同雙北大部分其它公有停車場一樣，出入口狹窄彎曲。真不知道是什麼設計師設計，是怎麼通過核定與驗收的。
當天地下二樓還充斥著濃重的大糞與魚腥味，處處淹水導致電梯停用！！！

The second basement floor was filled with heavy feces and fishy smell that day, and the elevator was shut down due to flooding everywhere! ! !
