★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可惜中高樓層往外會看到遠處一大片福地，旁邊辦公大樓的玻璃帷幕反射陽光刺眼，除了工業區時有吵雜以外，臨馬路兩面實在可惜了～聽說面山那一面有些樓層會聽到水塔運轉的音頻，這些問題實在是始料未及！
