★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟大樹下的臭豆腐比起來口感偏軟,個人比較喜歡口感較軟的豆腐,醬汁也算有滋有味配上泡菜真的很好吃,星期一來還是要排隊但是不會太久。

泡菜有兩種不同的口味,這次點的是2號加台式不辣的泡菜,不曉得是不是點錯口味,感覺很普通,吃完沒有記憶點,下次來深坑也不會再試。
看到旁邊多數人是點1號有加花生粉的,還有人一次狂點十隻,有興趣的人可以嘗試看看,或許會有驚人的美味。
疫情期間,老闆在食物前方會封上一層厚厚的保鮮膜,以確保食物不被飛沫污染,但可能太乾淨了,不太容易發現,看到有人不小心搓破一個洞。

位於深坑老街入口處左側數來第三間,門口頂著小小金字綠底招牌,也總是也大排長龍的金大鼎香豆腐,跟別家不同的是,他們是"香"豆腐。
先炸後烤,使得豆腐外酥內軟,可依照個人喜好,搭配清脆泡菜.鮮綠香菜或是灑上大量花生粉,混著多汁的豆腐,醬汁不會太濃郁,碳香雖也不顯著,但吃起來挺是清爽。
竹籤叉放於紙盒的方式很方便外帶食用,但因疫情關係,不建議邊走邊吃,可以買至於車上或是定點食用唷。
