★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很費工的的蕃薯粿,老闆會先油炸再煎過,所以等待時間會很久,若賣完就得等下一鍋,會超久的。第一次吃到,黃黃圓圓的,吃起來與想像中的粿不同,很有飽足感,蕃薯稍微甜甜的,小孩子也很愛吃。

還記得小時候一個10元
那時的地瓜粿雖然超油,
但外皮酥香裡面入口即化的口感,
真的是每次經過就會想買,
朋友來瑞芳玩也會推薦他們吃
也是很多搬出去外地住的人回來必買
隨著物價上漲,
地瓜粿的價錢也從10元
慢慢漲到現在一個25元
也就比較少吃了
現在的雖然變得比較不油
口感也很紮實,
但就是稍微乾乾的
也沒有以前的甜、綿密的口感
香味上也差了一些
可能是為了現代人養生的關係改良口感
但失去了以前的味道與記憶
稍微可惜了一些
不過不知道現在這樣是否更符合
現代人的口感就要大家自己去吃看看了
個人是比較不喜歡,
但這餅就是瑞芳人從小到大的回憶吧

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在巷子裡的地方小吃,品名是蕃薯粿,單價25元,一般說是「粿」會聯想到QQ的口感,但我覺得比較像是炸的蕃薯泥。油煎後外頭是微硬酥脆口感,裡頭是搗碎的蕃薯泥,帶自然的地瓜香甜,感覺沒什麼其他添加。
因屬油煎,剛起鍋外皮夾帶的油還沒被紙吸走會稍油膩,幸好沒恐怖的油耗味,當特色小吃到瑞芳時淺嚐也不錯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上次過來剛好沒有開門,這次看到巷口的招牌寫著營業中,試試看吧。
簡單的攤位鍋裡熱著幾塊番薯粿,點了一個$25老闆直接從鍋裡鏟起包起來,拿在手上有點重量而且很燙。
本來很期待這個番薯粿,一口咬下油膩感有點重,內餡有點Q的口感完全沒有番薯味,都是油膩的味道,外皮煎得有點脆的感覺,但吃起來沒有脆而是黏牙。
