★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小弟本身是彰化人, 看到了油炸肉圓想嚐鮮看看, 但滿失望的, 這間的肉圓是偏向浸泡在油鍋裡的肉圓, 所以口感是滑Q的且偏油膩, 值得一提的是醬料還不錯, 味道偏甜微辣, 拯救了整顆油膩的肉圓
另外, 比起肉圓, 更推薦紅麴鱈魚丸湯, 丸子很鮮甜, 有驚艷到?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our guide told us Red Vinasse Taiwan meat ball and mixed balls is a must try in Jiu Fen. The meat ball is something new and weird to us. The red sauce is good. But we couldn’t appreciate the texture. Mixed balls are okay.
