店內的招牌菜是九份獨有的「礦山雞」，類似用茶燻入味的作法，雞皮微黃吃起來帶有煙燻的香氣、略帶鹹味，肉質鮮嫩有嚼勁。不乾柴的雞肉超好吃。還有炸到外酥內嫩的「金磚豆腐」，讓人一口接一口停不下來。另外一道蒸湯餃，同伴一口氣秋風掃落葉那樣的掃玩，我也只搶到一顆。。。
綜合丸子堂裡面不同口感的Q彈丸子帶著紮實口感~清爽濃郁的湯頭，讓丸子一顆顆咬入後能吃的到鮮美滋味。
服務也是友善也不太過。 若有幾個人到九份，又想吃好幾樣的，可以考慮看看。
Right in the middle of Jiufen Old Street. Seeing that their store is bright and simple, I went in for food.
The signature dish in the store is Jiufen's unique "Mining Chicken", which is similar to the method of smoking it with tea. The chicken that is not dry wood is super delicious. There is also the "Golden Brick Tofu" that is fried until it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making people unable to stop one bite after another. Another steamed soup dumpling, my companions sweeping the leaves in the autumn wind in one breath, I only grabbed one. . .
The Q-bullet balls with different tastes in the comprehensive meatball hall have a solid taste ~ refreshing and rich soup, so that the meatballs can be eaten one by one after being bitten into the delicious taste.
The service is also friendly and not too much. If a few people come to Jiufen and want to eat several kinds of food, you can consider taking a look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place served the most expensive street food. And the english translation was also wrong. So we ordered shrimp fried rice which was the smallest portion served and not delicious at all. Not the best place to go. Also highly NOT recommended after 7pm.It was just 7:50 pm and they were already cleaning the plates which we were eating, asking whether we are done.
