★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike the touristic atmosphere in Jiufen, the cafe is in the small mining town in Jinguashi. sit in the old lovely house, enjoy a cup of nice coffee or juice. Such a wonderful life!
French Apple tart and matcha crumble cake is a must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are nice but there is a minimum amount you can order, so you can't just get a coffee, which is ridiculous. Plus they don't have any milk or sugar for the coffee, it is only served black exclusively. Which is equally absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You cannot be impatient here and must ensure you have time to chill as all coffee (black hand drip only - they specifically tell you no sugar or milk) is hand drip. While I understand this takes longer and we were last in the q, an hour to make 10 (we were 11th) cups of coffee is a tad ridiculous. The cakes then took another 15 mins to arrive after our coffee. They operate on a session schedule; we got there at 13.30 and people after that had to wait until 15.30 to be seated. Must walk through the gold museum area to get to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cute spot in the mountains serving up some hearty meals. The soup and noodles we had were great and the staff was very friendly although the service was on the slow side. We waited a really long time for our food but thankfully it was good! Would recommend going if you’re not in a rush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the surrounding area as hill scenery and comfortable. The store looked cozy and seems good place to visit. It is a pity we could not get in because not serving children under 10. It was clearly written outside and friendly telling us the request. I could understand it wants to maintain the quality for other guests. However I still feel discriminated.
