★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自姜子寮山往中窯尖，約60分鐘路程，多為直陡下坡，很傷膝蓋，所以要多利用登山手杖，來分散腿部力量，以減緩膝蓋壓迫，另外中窯尖居山野裡，對外視野短淺，通常登山者，拍完照後，即立刻啟程，前去下一目的地。
From Jiangzi Mountain to the tip of Zhongyao, about 60 minutes away, mostly straight downhill, it hurts the knee, so use the mountaineering stick to disperse the leg strength to slow down the knee pressure, and the middle kiln is in the mountains.
