★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平湖東步道是人工石階鋪設的林蔭五星級步道、西步道是原始山徑但是起伏不大也算好走。想輕鬆可以將車停在停車場走東步道踢馬路回來或原路來回，想爬山可以順路登大坑山、內平林山、番子坑山從西步道一圈約4個小時回到停車場
