★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best trail of southeast of Taipei, Located in Shuaxi district of New Taipei City, The actual entrance is nearby "烏山62號" campground, the entrance have a instruction there. You can enjoy different view during the whole trail traveling.
First, you would see two rows of neat Cryptomeria, it seems like the place in "Xintou 溪頭". Secondary u can see and feel with the creek that just on your ankle. Third you can see the "龜山島" with Pacific Ocean. In my opinion, this is the nearest and best place you can saw the 龜山island of east Taiwan . Fourth, you can enjoy with the mountain climbing and get the mountain with sea view when u hike on the top ofTai-He mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent trail to beat the summer heat though it is difficult to reach there by car (very narrow paths)! Suggest to take a local bus to get to a near by stop, and walk around 2 KM to get there, and you will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the easiest drive to get here, alot of sections of the road is single lane.
The walk itself is really good, quite a simple route, two sections you will need to cross a small stream, apart from that no other obstacles.
It's about a 40 minute walk to get to the viewing platform.
The route does continue, from the map it shows that you can hike all the way to Wai Ao from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is a part of Danlan historical trail. This historical trail was used for wood, tea, and people transport between Taipei to Yilan. Now, it’s a beautiful orignal trail. Could enjoy the view of Guishan island, Chinese fir and river hiking on this trail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing historical trail. Here you’ll see the pine forest and flat streams and after 40 minutes the turtle island will be in your sight at the high point!
A great retreat in summer time to soak in forest bath and cool water!
