★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s about an hour’s drive from Taipei but I enjoy waking up early and coming out to this small fishing village to see the sunrise. Because it is a bit out of the way, you only run into locals this early in the morning. People are either on an early morning stroll or wading into the sea and getting ready to fish.
