餐點比田園自助餐好吃,因ㄧ直覺得福容系列飯店最不足的是餐點的口胃和精緻度,吃過福粵樓,覺得不錯。 全家2大2小吃很飽約2千多,燒賣、叉燒包小孩喜歡

價格是不貴啦,附近也沒什麼吃的,不然是不會選這裡,就圖個方便。東西都像是做好半成品再加工或加熱那種感覺。叫的酥炸魚皮跟酥炸排骨就像孿生兄妹吃起來幾乎一樣。櫻花蝦炒飯炒得很鬆我覺得不錯,其它就只能說:就這樣,不知道說什麼才好。

5年前來住宿吃過一次晚餐,那時候真的是又貴又不好吃,這次來覺得大進步。不知道是主廚進步還是換主廚了。我點了炒麵、腐皮蝦卷 紅燒豆腐 燒賣等等等,謝謝服務生妹妹幫忙分菜 疫情辛苦了。最厲害的是芝麻球,超 好 吃 必點的?

再訪單點推薦: 果律蝦球(蝦仁非常大很過癮) 咖喱軟殼蟹(南洋椰汁咖喱調味滿分) 飛魚卵豆腐煲(點很多次了每次都很滿意) 涼拌五味中卷(新鮮又夠大,配生菜爽口解膩) —- 這次4人用餐除了單點外也有用旅展券套餐(奇數月),分享不錯的菜色! 旅展券菜單(服務人員告知餐券菜單因為需要額外備料等候時間較長)有分成奇數月份和雙數月份,這天吃到的是奇數菜單,前菜小品的魚卵起司燒、果律炸大蝦、煲湯、桃膠蜂蜜凍蠻好吃。 單點推薦鹹魚雞粒炒飯、豆腐煲(之前吃過飛魚卵豆腐煲這次吃松阪豬的也很不錯)、金屋藏嬌(炸糯米糰包流沙餡今日MVP) 原本最期待吃芋泥鴨,但做為晚餐第一組客人還是賣光了,提醒想吃的話最好提前電話預定啊!

整體還算蠻ok,很多菜色看起來好像沒什麼料,但實際聊起來料都在下面,對看照片來吃飯的人來說很可惜! ?酸菜白肉鍋(大): ?我們7人點這個是吃不完的,份量十足,他其實意外的很多料,只是可惜都在凍豆腐跟菜下面 ?湯頭第一口會覺得這也太酸,不習慣這個味道,但後面喝會有甘甜的感覺,平常沒有在吃這個鍋種,如果沒常識過,不妨可試試看! ?個人比較覺得不ok的是凍豆腐,吃起來乾巴巴,好像在吃乾掉的魷魚。 ?廣式炒飯:飯比較偏硬,個人不喜歡這樣的口感,很像沒有熟的飯,感覺普普不會雷,但是很吃口感。 ?蟹粉豆腐煲:這一個很適合單吃,不會很鹹或味道過重,豆豆是清脆的沒有草位,這個一定要趁熱吃才好吃。 ?沙茶牛肉粉絲煲:粉絲是粗扁的,肉軟嫩不卡牙縫,但覺得肉偏少,這個調味就比較重一些,我自己有加酸菜白肉鍋一起吃,個人覺得還蠻好吃,也是一道不雷的菜。 ?招牌蝦餃皇:蝦子非常Q彈也很大隻,不過喜歡吃漁人碼頭的,總覺得少了些什麼。 ?鮮蝦春捲:裡面有韭菜,吃不到什麼蝦子的口感、內餡是泥狀、捲本人非常酥脆、韭菜把整個味道都佔領了,個人不喜歡。 ?鮮蝦腐皮捲:如果猶豫春捲或腐皮,個人推薦腐皮,感覺料跟口感差不多,但是腐皮內餡的蝦比較大些、餡料配皮的比例剛剛好。 ?果香沙律鮮蝦球:一般般,不過蝦子很大隻也很Q彈,也是一道不雷的菜。 ?金牌吊燒脆皮雞:地瓜是溫的超不開心,雞缺少一點油脂感,個人不喜歡這道。 ?豆酥比目魚:魚沒有軟嫩的口感,偏硬,醬汁太油蓋過整個豆酥的味道,個人不喜歡

疫情期間,直接在飯店內用餐,相對安心許多。服務生會在桌旁幫忙分菜,腐皮捲偏油,嫩子排偏甜,其他都很OK. 暑假人多,建議如要用餐要提早預訂,不然很可能沒位子哦~

環境明亮寬敞,服務人員態度good 第一次吃,不會點也沒什麼想法••• ?第一道上的炒水蓮,味道剛剛好而且很涮嘴,根本像開胃菜,瞬間被勾起食慾 ?京都嫩子排,肉的大小剛剛好、口味較重,不難吃卻沒什麼感想 ?鮮蝦腐皮捲,內餡是整隻的蝦子配高麗菜完全的真材實料,單吃口味稍淡,沾上附的醬汁味道剛剛好,醬汁裡應該有加五香粉,有畫龍點睛之妙 ?蟹粉海鮮豆腐煲,口味偏淡可以整勺舀起來品嚐,料足豆腐滑嫩很順口,吃到後面發現盤子其實很深差點吃不完XD ?XO醬海鮮炒飯,料多香氣足,淡淡的辣整體不死鹹,冷掉還是好吃,推推 ?菌菇燉子排,湯頭濃郁卻很清爽,排骨入口即化沒有腥味,很好喝 ?黑金九孔燉烏雞,比菌菇燉子排口味稍重些,也很清爽,這兩樣湯品都不錯 很遺憾放棄了流沙包跟燒賣,以上菜品兩個人再能吃也要飽了? 整體CP值很高,口味也很不錯,絕對會想再來第二次?
