★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭很簡單，小卷新鮮很嫩，滷鮑魚也很好吃，石花凍飲是解渴的好夥伴，雖然是觀光區，但是價格算是很實惠。
The soup is very simple, the small rolls are fresh and tender, and the braised abalone is also delicious. Shihua jelly is a good partner for thirst quenching. Although it is a tourist area, the price is very affordable.

早上十點前就有供餐的，只有一、兩間有營業。
最後同行的人，決定是這一間。
這間算是在自家門口營業的攤位，
同行人決定吃米粉，所以我吃麵，
湯頭是自己熬的，偏比較清淡的大骨湯，有摻油聰。
湯和米粉的分別，就是主料不一樣，其他都是一樣的。
一份數隻的小卷及一顆滷鮑魚(該是九孔鮑，和我小時候吃的九孔類似)
鮑魚的部份，咬下去內部是涼的，該是先滷好後，冷藏在冰箱當配菜。
菜單上註明了一顆70元。那單純的小卷XX該只有60元的價。
本攤採自助餐具，上菜後收現。
如果食量小，可以和店面多拿一個小碗來分。
整體的體驗算不錯，座位乾淨不黏膩。
口味來說
,沒有想像中加入海產進去煮後，帶出來的鮮味。
口味是比較淡一些，但是可以自已加調料調整。
