簡單樸素，加入藥材一同滷製的鮑魚鮮而不腥，Q彈爽脆，新鮮是這片大海帶來的恩賜，更多的是人們敬天近人的溫暖，以及透過行動守護親愛故鄉的勇氣！
照片裡的阿嬤是位海女，八十多歲了依然十分健朗，很高興可以聊得上天，也終於如願吃到了當地的海產，可惜一趟往返路程較遠，無法帶其他海鮮製品返家，只好把期待留到下次，再前品嘗。

Unfortunately, the trip is a long way back and I can't bring other seafood products home. I had to save the expectation for the next time, and then taste it before.
